I've just arrived back from our holidays in Spain, we were staying at Cabo Roig, a special favourite of mine, and required cheering up after having the post-vacation depression, so locating your first-class internet site was really the pick-me-up which I wanted to brighten me up and get back to normal. This is fantastic. Another great addition to the Kansas sites. Also I was dropped from the Livgren list and I'm not sure why and I can't figure out who to talk to about it. Could any of you out there that are a part of the Livgren list tell me how to get back on?

Always thought Kansas was a lousy AOR-band (How stupid can one get?). I've been a prog-fan for many years but mainly been in to British stuff. Have just started to purchase the 70's Kansas-catalogue (Masque, Leftoverture & Point of know return, so far) and I have to say, I'm lost for words.

It's nice to hear superb prog that focuses on the melodies and not just technical "wanking" (pardon the expression).

Wow! Thanks for creating a wonderful and informative website about Kansas. I had flashbacks from high school while I looked through all the neat stuff. I must admit that after some of the original members of Kansas left the band, I too seemed to leave Kansas behind. I was surprised to see that they are still churning out albums(albums? ...Geez, how old am I ... hehehe) Again, excellent site!

I am really tired of hearing about Kansas is not good enough to even the British Side of Art-Progressive-Rock (ELP, Genesis, Yes). Kansas is the only band that always played like a real symphonic orchestra, they were able to fusion the blues of america with the finest sound of classical music.

Hello! Kansas rocks! I love their spiritual lyrics! They really speak to my heart! They have such beautiful music! Steve Walsh's voice just gives me goosebumps! I absolutely love it when he hits those high notes! He has such a powerful voice, and can hold those high notes really well! Not that long ago I read Kerry Livgren's book, "Seeds of Change". The book was awesome! It is awesome that he is a Christian! His songs are a great inspiration to me! Whenever I am feeling spiritual down his songs always give me hope!

Kansas is my favorite band and I think that it is great that all 3 of the bands I like (Kansas, Styx and Chicago) all come from the midwest. The East and West coast have nothing on good ol midwest rock!
