I write constantly in the comments section on YouTube films about the Holocaust; under the ID \"Cuervo Luminoso\". I am not Jewish, but I cannot BEAR to see ghastly and obscene antiSemitic comments to appear unchallenged. I find the lies of David Irving particularly horrendous. I just wish there were a body I could join to attack these wicked entities with the force of numbers. Perhaps someone here can direct me.

I remember when I was younger and my great grandfather would sit me on his lap and just tell me these just terribly sad stories, I promised myself that I would NEVER allow something like that to happen ever again, as soon as I graduate, I am going to enlist in service and see to it that I can make this world a better place. The tragic events of the holocaust make my heart hurt every time someone speaks of it.

My grandfather Dr Wilhelm Turschmid was a surgeon a Auschwitz camp, he saved many inmates lives, until he was taken to block 11 in 1942and then shot. let us pray for our dead and never allow anything like this to happen again.

I just finished reading a wuperb book that includes much about Countess von Maltzan, who hid Jews in Berlin and also worked for the Underground, helping Jews to escape Germany. I learned the Countess adopted two daughters, but the book did not say what happened to the two adopted girls after the war. I pray they found happy homes and had good futures. The girls were originally from Russia, I think. I now want to read the Countesses\' biography. What a brave woman! What a true humanitarian.

God has told us in the Bible that the Jewish people are His chosen people and that He would give them the land of Canaan. God never lies and has saved the Jewish people throughout the generations as He has promised. I pray that this will never happen again to any people groups. In 1983, when I was a very new nurse, I attended to an elderly ill woman, and helped her bathe. she had a number tattoo on her body. I asked her about the tattoo, thinking it was her birthday, she told me she had recieved it at Auschwiz when she was sixteen. I was stunned and afraid to ask her more about her life. I have thought of her often over the years. It is important that the world not forget. I came to this site because I have been reading a book by Sam Bourne and I wanted to know more about Schindlers List.

There were only two survivors in our family from the Shoah. They were sisters, my grandmother\'s nieces, and they were mutilated so could never have children. One died in Poland and the other in France many years after that heinous nightmare. They died as Anna Bratko in Poland and as Bronislava Granie in France. They were forced to covert to Catholicism. May they rest in peace.

As publisher of Holocaust books I find it very important that a site like this exists. Knowing what happened in WWII it is our shared responsibility to make sure that this will never happen again. We shall all testify.

I have the privilege of getting to know Manny Steinberg, author of Outcry - Holocaust Memoirs personally. It has taken him years to forgive, and it has been only recently that he felt ready to set foot in Germany again after all those years. I find it amazing that he has been able to forgive at all. It is humbling to hear the stories. We should never forget.
