Duh, I didn't think of that! I will have to see what it's like to use the bulb with a regular camcorder.

I did see an example of this. There were several photos taken with Sony with Niteshot and the one where they light was replaced with the black light did have a better picture. I thought it would help me with my camcorder with no nite vision capability, but guess not. Have to invest in a new camera!
