Re: Training routine for the first 4 months for beginners (base on 3x a week program)

Push ups (open palm, fist, and finger type), sit ups, crunches and stretching.

Bag work out; kicking and punching

Forms (empty hand, weapon, and set sparring)

If one is on a training "budget" this are the things that one would want to consider incorporating to have a complete well rounded training session.
