study walmart structure/contrast to rse

walmartsucks.com. Those folks have the same to say about walmart as customers do about rse. Same thing, they were sold a DREAM. To get them to work for next to nothing. It made them feel "special" to be part of the walmart "family". Sound familiar? And, like rse customers most of em dont last long-they move on. All a head game..an illusion.
What tactics are used by hampton aimed at appealing to others emotions and values? Any self doubt on the part of the individual opens the door to manipulation. Lack of accountability is dangerous. Respect being a one way street.
