did anyone have contact w/hampton before the school?

I have wondered how she got into the celebrity circle so quick? What did she do? Start contacting celebs immediately?
Does anyone have it on tape where she was giving an excuse for not being able to go to Europe? Said that her life had been threatened. And, a bunch of other garbage. About how she must be a threat to "their" ego. So she gave those people a discount should they decide to attend in USA. Then R comes in and says that it only takes 4 years to become enlightened? Anyone remember hampton telling students that the school is a BUSINESS? Red flag. I read it in an article that was posted by bathrooms. The school was listed as a business. At the time it didn't sit well w/me.
I remember standing on the field one time and looking at her house. In contrast to how students live. Sad!
