Frederick T Cawley, maiden name of wife

Hello I am looking for the maiden name of Sarah Cawley married to Frederick T Cawley. according to the 1851 census, in Bristol, England, Fred and Sarah were living with Freds parents, William and Elizabeth Cawley, It says Fred and Sarah were 28 years old, Fred was a cabinet maker as well as a beer retailer, any help would be geatly appreciated. He did run the Freemantle Ale and Porter House from 1866-1877. Sarah died in 1871.
