JONES on Silver Street

I am looking for information concerning my ancestors who lived at 2 St. James Back (now Silver Street) in the middle 1800's. Richard & Frances Jones ran a butcher shop next to the "Coopers Arms" pub. What I am most interested in is a description of what the street and buildings are like (since I haven't been able to find a picture of the street or pub). Is it similar to Christmas Steps or King Street? Also, does anyone know were the dock called "Lamberton Bacin" was in Bristol?
