C.E.Beavis Mineral Water Factory in David Street

Hi Looking for any information on an old Bristol Company C.E. Beavis Mineral Water Company.

Beavis’ s Mineral Water Factory was in David Street, opposite the Shepherds Hall and behind the “Stag & Hounds” in Old Market Street. Did it survive the blitz? bottle glass was also produced in the city in great quantities by many companies such as Powell & Rickets being the most famous.

Plase contact Paul Townsend.

They were listed in Kelly's 1950 directory in David street on the corner with Jacob street, so it looks like they survived the war.
