Aborted STREETS' third album.

I read that STREETS were going to cut a third album, but the budget was drastically cut and then Steve Walsh and Billy Greer joined a reconstituted KANSAS which effectively ended STREETS.

Does anybody know if any of the songs from Kansas' POWER album were originally intended for STREETS? For me it would explain how Steve was able to come up with so much material between the last STREETS LP (1985) and Kansas' POWER (1986).
