When you witness a safety glazing violation taking place in an obvious hazardous location by definition of being within 18" of the walking surface and over 9 square feet, and the customer queries the installing glaziers about the issue, and they state that no such codes exist and install regardless, what is the process to report such violations?

contact local business regulation ..visit chamber of commerce..
get business name and call them /write them allow a period of time . Take it as far as you can go before the worst outcome has happened and someone is hurt..
Go to building and safety dept in your area and report it.

Re: Safety Glazing Violations
I must admit, I am a fan of the Green Channel, also
Tye Peddington (Ithink) I love the projects they take on, very educatioal, and for "Extreme Makeover" the tremendous good they do - is there ever a dry eye in the house when they so corny yell "MOVE THAT BUS"
For this reason, I look away when I see the multitude of moderate to severe safety violations that could result in terrible injuries.
If OSHA was looking for revenue, any one of these channels would reap great rewards......problem, we would have less green to watch and needy families would go without.
Question of the day.....is there a difference in looking away on TV, or when a local contractor screws-up??
