Employee Incentives

Is anyone willing to share ideas or experiences on how you have incentivised employees? I own a full service glass business (shower doors, storefront, replacement windows, etc.) and am interested in improving efficiency as well as quality of service. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Re: Employee Incentives

Dear All, This is Amigo G Sockalingam (originally from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia now) based in Doha, Qatar as GM with www.sasconet.com for their aluminium div.

One of the best way i think is to take out 10% of the company profite, then distribute the amount propotionally according to the basic salary, this sharing must applicable from office boy to the Manager. In this way the employee will feel the ownership to the company and save westage of the materils/time and more business/profite can be Generated (in fact you will be saving more then 15% from the wastage and in turn this is what you are going to give it to them in some other name without touching or losing of your original profite) with this concept. This is just a suggestion
