As you all know the trails are closed with no snow.I was on lake champlain saturday and it looked like about 7in. of ice on the lake but the tressel on trail 517 that leads to the lake is not safe beware my advise is to stay off the lakes.Registrations are down about one third of last year this is going to hirt the trail funding for next year as the clubs will be operating on that much funding.The bridge work,brushing ,signing still has to get done snow or no snow do your part and register your sleds early before november 15th.Hope to see you on the trails soon.
