The Shelving Rock Trail to Black Mountain Parking Lot is in fair shape. Marshall expects to get to Black Mt. Summit tomorrow. From Black Mt parking lot on Pike Brook Rd. to Putnam expect good to excellent conditions on the Military Trail and in the fields. The deep woods trails are in poor to fair condition and still in need of a little more snow. Expect to be nocking carbide in the rocky areas.
Lake Champlain is being rode from Ticonderoga to Dresden and is in good condition. Expect some slush spots in the deeper snow areas on the Lake and occasional ice chunks around a couple of minor pressure cracks (these can change at anytime). As always ride the ice at your own risk.
