River Road in Mexico to San Antonio del Bravo

Hi, can anyone kindly help me? I am researching the river roads along the Mexican side of the Rio Bravo, from Ojinaga north towards San Antonio del Bravo (opposite Candelaria) and south towards San Carlos - are they numbered or named locally? How passable are they, safe to drive etc. Many thanks, James Peel.
