cruz "cruzito o el ganzo" venegas

did anyone know the late cruz venegas who died last monday in chiuahua in a car accident when his tire blew out of the jeep cheroke he was driving? He was buried in ojinaga on tuesday. He was known by cruzito and by el ganzo.
