I hear the pier management is really Birdogging some of the fishermen trying to catch them sting-ray fishing so they can kick them off the pier!!!

That is so gay that you can't catch stingray. What if you accidentally catch one. Fishing is luck you go out and you never know what you you're gonna catch. So whoever made that rule needs to rethink it. It's not fair to the people. Is there a certain reason why you can't catch stingray? If anyone knows please reply
