The Devil Wears Prada

Some folks suggested that I watch this movie, as it parallels cult indoctrination and the loss of freedom that goes along with it. Well, I did watch it a few nights ago and the parallels to the insidious ways one can get sucked into a cult-like situation, are clear. Food for thought !

Here is a link with some reviews about the story plot. Though, the undercurrent in the movie, is what so closely parallels the cult-like control in one's life.

For fanaticism and obsession portrayed at its worse...
There is the Movie "Perfume".
Utterly perverse..with a surprising end.

Forget the popcorn on this one..
not a family movie.
