Ngo cho kun penetrating-punching power can be develop by:
1. punching air 500x
2. punching the heavy bag 500x
3. "mikiwara" punching 500x
Do the punching in a set of 5 of 100 ea set.
In between do push ups, arm bar or chin ups.
Remember, it is 500x for each arm; left 500x and right 500x.
Try to train at least 3x a week.
