You will have most likely noticed that the training page on the Website has been under construction and I have sent you all an email this morning with the new details. Just in case you have not seen it, please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will send it to you. Details can also be found on our club calendar.
The training page will be updated over the next few weeks.
I have also emailed all the people that attended the last C25K program with the same.

Re: New Weekly Training Schedule as of w/c 31st July
For those who would like to try out my 6pm session tomorrow (Monday 31st July) we will be meeting on the track so you will either need a track pass or you will need to bring £3.50. This session is ideal for members who can complete a 5K in around 30-45mins and would like to improve on their speed and/or distance.
Juliet will be leading a similar session for slightly faster runners (those who can complete a 5K in around 30mins or less) at 7pm.
