This is important information. First, you need to contact the non-emergency police at 877-ASK-LAPD. Give them all the details. By doing this you have formally made a report. As one of the founders of your local neighborhood association, I will contact the police captain myself with your siting and he will dispatch patrol to check this out. He's very good with this sort of thing because this is brush area and many lives are at risk. It gets cold now at night and it's expected that a fire may be lit to keep warm -- we can't allow it.
