WHat's the story on the never-ending parade of trucks? Is the whole hillside being carted away? And do these things really need to work 7 days a week, 10 hours a day. I can't hear myself think!

I know what you mean. We've been walking for months in that area and have noticed SO much development - enough to make you cry! There are so few open spaces now in Hollywoodland that it would seem that, when these are finished, things will be quiet again. But in the meantime, it will continue to be constant for the poor dears that live on Ledgewood and on Beachwood - This is the only realistic artery out. As for the 7 days - the law says that each developed property must take one day off work - it's impossible to imagine coordinating these guys to all agree that it should be Sunday (or Saturday) - I'm sooo very sorry.
