Childrens Homes c 1900

I have a photograph taken of a childrens type home taken c 1910. It includes the staff of which I know to be a Mabel Stevens who's family lived at St Michaels Hill. Her father was also a school teacher.In 1914-1915 she marred and moved to Clatworthy and was the school teacher there for many years.
I was told that this place was just off the City centre but no clues. Cna anybody help at all? Will email photos as requested
