Handley Family

Does anyone have information on The relatives of a John Handley b 1808 Bristol.
In the 1851 Gloucester Census he had married and moved to Stroud and worked as a boot and shoe maker. Perhaps he is related to the John Handley listed in Piggots 1830 Directory for Bristol as living at 9 Castle St and working as a boot and shoe maker.
