Sitting in the barzebo, just out of the pool, and enjoying the first official day of summer vacation having survived yet another faculty after-graduation/end of school year party. Award-losing performances of teachers behaving badly abounded, as did abusive diatribes about students, patents and select school district administration.

All in all, another successful blowing off of steam and celebration of another year of academic survival. Now bring on the summer fun!

Congrats Don! My wife, Mo , taught for 25 years and I know the challenges. The republiCONS don't like teachers. Hell, they would go after Cops and Firefighters if they weren't afraid of them. I suggest taking an Aleve, dust off the old P bass , pour a pint and see where it goes. Thanks for taking care of the kids!
