Just finished watching In the studio 1968 on K9RUHBRLFQ it was nice.Alvin was a comfortable young front man early,still developing his style, sounded good. I Can't say much for the hair ,beard ,shirt or highwaters.But we have all made questionable choices in our look,at some point.Which one of you manages this site ? At one time I knew,but have forgotten.Thank you I enjoy it very much!The house is empty tonite so I have " In Flight" On and cranked up to dime!Slow Down, baby your movin a way to fast!good night !!

I love that video. Alvin already has everything going on from the beginning.
It is truly an honor to be alive in these times so we can experience all these treasures.

As for those other things--- it is endearing to see the very handsome face of Alvin Lee peeking out of that whacky hairdo and the psychedelic outfit. So glad that fashion phase was short-lived.

Hi Toni, I read that article before I ever started posting here. I think it is charming and it is definitely my favorite piece of work that I have ever read about Alvin Lee. I had no idea you are the author. That piece was also a major factor in my decision to stick around to see what it would be like to join this Alvin Lee community board. Thanks for the link, it was lovely to read it again.
