Yes, the maximum numbers for a single wheel is 64. You could consider splitting your wheel into two or more.
A 64-number wheel will be a huge and costly wheel unless you can settle for weak coverage of the numbers.
Maybe you'd want to narrow your selection of numbers down to something smaller, and get stronger coverage of them.

Huge and costly of course, but would never plan on using all 1,353,275 possible combinations. It's just that I can not incorporate any of the numbers from 65 to 77 that I want to include in a wheel. Other than that your LD program is perfect.
