Abortion for 12 year olds?
The new Children's Act makes it legal for girls as young as 12 years old to access contraceptives without their parents' knowledge. Together with the Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Act, it's also now legal for a 12 year old to seek an abortion, again without parental knowledge. Is South Africa failing to protect the innocence of our children - or is this just a sign of the times and modern reality? If so, why do we still protect them from drinking alcohol or buying cigarettes – and yet give them the power to make life or death decisions, without even seeking advice from their parents? What does everyone else think? |

I have two daughters age 10 and 8. I have NO RESPECT and REGARD for that PEOPLE NOTE PEOPLE WHO FALSELY IMAGINED THE FALSE BENEFIT IN THAT FILTHY LAW. Although there can never be any benefit in that RUBBISH. This law is a clear is a clear indication that THOSE PEOPLE NOTE PEOPLE the words does not come from the sky have no respect for me and my children and every other girl child who is my child who is entitled to a decent childhood.So I too have no respect for those people and their 12 YEAR OLD GIRLS. I will teach my children NOT TO RESPECT The PRIVILEGED 12 YEAR OLDs hahahahah you laugh you stupid you think whether I assume or not I do not care somehow I KNOW CERTAINLY YOU THINK THAT. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU PRIVILEGED FOR TOO LONG TO KNOW WHAT THINK AND DO. BOTTOM LINE YOU PEOPLE WHO DRAFTED THAT RUBBISH YOU ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH. It's a catholic site, oh I certainly expected to see a 'reasonable' discussion of the topic, NOT! That's fine, writing a book about the 'glories' of catholicism AND... I have the money to sell it big! Have fun making more starvation |
