Message:   Today was AWESOME!! The court is playing SUPER fast and it was like watching ping pong in both matches. The ball was traveling so fast and all the guys were hitting the fuzz off it!! Andy played fantastic against Llodra, who was painting every line on the court. He served almost as many aces as Andy did, which is saying something for sure. Andy was totally focused and played really smart tennis. It was very fun to watch! Andy's fiance sat just a few rows in front of us and the rock on her hand is as big as a watermelon!! (A little gossip for you!)

James...what can we say about James. That boy showed some heart today! He played fantastic, but so did Mathieu. Neither player ever really had a let down. James had 2 loose games in the 5th, but otherwise the level of play was amazing. Mathieu was getting everything back and it was all coming in hard, fast, and right in the corners. James never let it get to him though, even when he got broken. He kept his head and always believed in himself.

The crowd was AWESOME! So loud and really helped to pull James through when he was facing 2 match points at 4-5. You could just feel the crowd willing him to win and it worked! The last 3 games he just stepped it up and made the shots when it counted. Mathieu's level of play didn't drop either, so James really earned the victory!

Bob and Mike play tomorrow with the chance to clinch. They will most likely be facing the best the French team has to offer in Clement/Llodra. It's gonna be one exciting match and we can't wait! Go Team USA!! More updates to come!!
