Message:   I understand what ya'll are saying about the extra fees; but horse shows are run as a free enterprise business, so just like if you think a restaurant is too expensive, don't eat (or show) there. If a show started losing money because people were choosing to go to other shows that charged less fees, maybe they would be motivated to lower their fees. It doesn't do any good "in the market place" to just complain and continue to support what you complain about. And every show manager has the right to charge whatever fees they think their "market" will bear. My suggestion, complain or offer constructive criticism to the only people that can change any of this....the show managers themselves! I KNOW they would be thrilled to hear your input.
