Well i honestly can't believe this. One of the nicest people i know has been taken away from us :( She was a lovely women and i can't believe that just 5 days ago i was asking her for the tropheys for the finals. Warton want be the same with out Shirley and she will be truley missed by everyone, a meeting in tribute to Shirley should be put forward after all the hard work over the years she has done and just the lovely person that she is. All are thoughts go out to her family. May she rest in peace. Love The Kerrs and Dippy. xxxxxxx |

Shirley you will truely be missed it is so upsetting for me even to write this because i (sarah) have known you my whole life (26 years) you have been there and listened to everone. Their moans, groans and even rude talk!!!! You were so happy to see our wedding photos and we will never forget that!!! you always joinedin with everything and never took no for an answer, you really will be truely and sadly missed you will never know just how much people thought of you. I never really knew shirley but i knew of her from day one and realise how much she put in to this club,its a real sadness to lose her. Its people like her that hold the backbone of the club and for that i agree with Jem and say we have a memorial meeting for her,perhaps an open for her favourite forumla? or couple it with an already established meeting? Our thoughts go out to the family Rest in peace Shirley,we will never forget you Love the Toward family,spectating since 1999 |
