OPEN TIME TRIALS
Hi people As you all know, our club has to organize these Open Time Trials in April and September. I no that some of you would like to ride these events, but would like to ask if you are not riding I would be grateful if you can help me out with your presence of marshalling etc. I am also going to call upon the MTB Members aswell, which I am sure they will help. The dates are (Lets do April) first. Saturday 26 April starts at 3pm Sunday 27 April at 7am I have also asked other clubs to help us out with the time keeping which they have agreed to do, but I dont want to take the pee by asking them to help with marshalling, that im affraid is up to us. Mandy (Robs other half) and I are doing the most important job of the day supplying the riders with Tea and Food! Ha Ha Mike will be doing the starting off etc, as we have had to close the shop to run this event, shop staff are being paid to be marshalls for the afternoon. I am in contact with the Forces at the moment and they have at least 50 riders riding in both events and we could have a potential 120 riders in the other event, so it will be a big grand event so please if all can help I would be most gratefull. Anyway I will post late the September event, again its a Saturday 6th I think. Please let me know if you are available. Tina |
