Midweek Special Epic rides
This Thursday (29th Nov)I have a ride planned. 80-100 miles Autumn epic, will have a few bumps around the Surrey hills>Liss>Liphook> Any one up for it? Let me know please as I can tailor the route to suit ... |

as I was on my lonesome, and was getting a earfull from my better half, I cut it to 60 miles of good quality lanes and mud :-) Started real nasty in cold drizzle, but the clouds broke later on and the sun came out.. 1500 metres of ascent, including Exton and Long Harting. was a good ride, I have planned a loop for Sunday of similar roads, so bring tubes and if you can puncture proof tyres... C |

Pat and I nabbed ourselves another century. Miserable start with a block headwind for the first 30 miles, through dundridge, beeches , upham, owlsbury, twyford, Hursley, Farley mount, out west for a bit, then east bound with a tailwind through, sutton scotney, michaldever, ropley, west tistead, privett, high cross, old down, east meon, clanfield, I was chuffed as I passed through my 5000 for the year mark.. was a good ride, despite raining for the vast majority of it.. Felt pretty poo though as that tooth I had out is infected, so I was at an emergency dentist today:-) 100miles, 2041 metres of ascent: Have a good ride sunday ya all anyone up for next week, probably Tuesday |
