Sad story
A friend who owns several AMCs called me last Thursday from a wrecking yard about one hour drive from me. He was standing in front of a Gremlin that had a lot of little parts still on it. I thanked him and since it was late I decided to go in the morning to check it out and if there were any trim parts I could find still on it as he indicated. Well, guess what? The next morning around 10:30 AM the Gremlin was already gone! The owner of the wrecking yard had pulled it out and "sold it." I assume he sold it for scrap like those wrecking yards generally do. Missed this little Gremlin by minutes! How frustrating is that?
