Groutys Lane, Bryant's Hill Hanham/St George

Hi
I have a birth certificate for my great aunt. Her address is shown as Groutys Lane, Bryant's Hill.
The year is 1907. Does anyone know of a Groutys Lane or similar in the district at thuis time?

Modern-day Furber Road Hanham/Bryants Hill was formerly known as Grouty's Lane.
