i disagree completly ("We will hopefully hold on to the players from under 13 and downwards as we have a very established setup with these age groups")
why just hang on to these age groups? why not try and keep the club and players together as one and not just favour the minis and under 13's section.
players are not being poached they are leaving because they are getting disheartened with the WHOLE SET-UP of the club i.e. favouritism. |
