We'll be vacationing in New Port Richey this summer. Our rental house has a private dock and the owners believe that we do not need a license to fish from it. We just want to confirm that - does anyone know? I've checked the fishing laws and cannot tell from the information online.
Also, what kinds of equipment will we want to use, and what kinds of fish can we expect to catch? We are on a canal two streets from the Gulf.
