No, only posts from new members (virgin members) and those who are put on moderated posting due to spamming or flooding the board with messages.

It may take less than a day it may take up to a week. I get around to approving posts when ever I can. Usually it is at least once a day.

You have have at least 10 posts, "Slip Friend" status or higher, in order to edit your own posts. If you have less than 10 posts you cannot edit your own posts.
