I the undersigned hereby agree to pay the sum total with tax for the chosen collection on a chosen selection below. I understand that I must pay a non refundable 75% deposit of chosen selection below in order to secure the date, I understand that canceled or postponed weddings will be required to pay any outstanding balances on a chosen selection below. No refunds on deposits or payments. I the undersigned understand that the studio photographer needs 1 hour for altar session images after the ceremony and an extra 30 minutes with the bride and groom either at the reception or some pre-determined location or a visually pleasing site determined by the photographer. I the undersigned understand that I will be required to schedule a preview session appointment with the studio within 60 days after the ceremony date, I understand that it will take 90-180 days to design and order the album depending on the amount of images album style and client requests the time will be extended if the album is larger in pages and size and video is longer than 60 seconds etc... I the undersigned understand that customized albums layouts will have 1-4 images per page as not to crowd the album, special requests will be considered during the preview session, if total control of album and or video design is needed there will be a 1-hour session scheduled to do the design, any additional time is $250 an hour. I understand that it is important to be prompt on scheduled appointments and timelines, Failure to do so will result in a breach of this contract and the studio holds no further obligation to the selection below. I the undersigned understand that any wedding exceeding the selection time limit will be charged a $250 an hour fee. I the undersigned understand that if a photographer of the studio for whatever reason cannot arrive at the ceremony site the studio's limits of liability ends after a total refund has been issued and in the case of a refund it will take 90-180 days to receive a full refund.
